Therefore no bank is breaking the rules. So yes, we will comply. And the "active residents" figure has been plummeting lately - mostly because few of the residents it came up with were actually active. And we're not 90,000 in 1,200,000 residents - we're 4,975 in 543,375 - or 0.92%. And uncheck that "Subscribe" box by default or I'm not commenting here again.
