After reading this, I changed licensing on my 96 photos PhotoStream, to complete copyright. No more putting Creative Commons on my creations! NOPE. Real photos and graphics not done in Second Life, There.com, Kaneva, The Sims 2, or World of Warcraft are already on copyright, but I wanna be 100% safe (Somehow it reminds me of a condom. Stupid hormones…). I am looking for a cross-reference tool for photos though, to see if someone already stole one of mine
.
You can request permission to use any of my works by simply emailing me at Smiley[at]DuoGrid[dot]com . This redirects to my real email, which has my real name in address, which is why I have referring alts.
Of course, friends and trusted people can use my photos at any time…
This category includes Vint Falken, Dalien Talbot , AngelHeart Kubo, Lyric Xi, Torley Linden/Olmstead, Katharine Berry, and a few more I don’t remember
.
P.S.: Did you check out my earlier post about two exciting new projects on the way?

Hi Smiley
I’m pretty sure this won’t change your mind - however you and your readers may be interested in knowing that what you did may probably not be going to work as you think, because
1. You already released your photographs under a Creative Commons license: if I downloaded your photos two weeks ago, I’d be entitled to use them as permitted by that CC license even if you changed the license. But the most important point is the following one:
2. You’re referring to a copyright violation, not to some defect / fault of the CC license you were using. A CC license is a perfectly valid copyright notice, and it didn’t allow that guidehawk person to do what he did - see following comments by Arahan Claveau on the Flickr page. That kind of person (guidehawk) is simply going to ignore full copyright notices as much as CC licenses.
@Opensource: Yes, I know that, but I would like to limit uses from now on. It is my work, and i’d like to keep it that way the safest way possible
. Though Greasemonkey scripts can use a small hack to see some versions (up to 7 days later), I don’t want this to happen to me too
.
